All the products that come to our tables in Cesme Bazlama Kahvalti branches are produced exclusively. For this production, we have our fields, vineyards and gardens in Izmir Kavacik, Cesme Ovacik and Alacati. The workers are cultivating these fields for us. By raising crops on our own fields and purchasing the products from the fields belonging to our workers, we support our local producers.
We have vineyards for apricots, cherries and peaches, which are our seasonal fruits. Roses and lavender used in jams and daisies used in jam presentations are also grown in our gardens. There are 500 walnut trees in our garden for walnut jam.
From our milkman, Brother Orhan and our tomato and molasses person Aunt Hatice, to our pomegranate sour production, we buy our produce locally. And it is not limited to the Aegean region; we also buy the other products unique to other regions of Anatolia locally. For example; dried tomato from Konya, dried mulberry and apricot from Malatya and tomato paste from Hatay. The milk used for milk jam also comes from the cows in Cesme, raised especially for us. From the production to the tables, every step of the process is closely monitored and carefully taken care of.
